we are
Sagewood Healing strives to offer quality mental health services to all individuals. Regardless of their income, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual identity, and/or cultural background. We are motivated to provide individuals, families, children, and couples with client centered care.
Meet the Team

Therapist & Co-Founder
Ashley is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has been practicing since 2016. She graduated from Viterbo University in La Crosse, WI with her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work. She went on to obtain her Master's Degree in Social Work with a mental health focus from University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2015. She has been serving people across the lifespan, and enjoys working with individuals and families. She has experience working in multiple settings, including in-home, outpatient and secondary settings (school based and County Human Services). She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and trauma-focused approaches. Ashley has experience treating Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Depression, Anxiety, relationship conflict, school refusal, mood disorders, personality disorders, family dynamics and transitions, parenting skills, and grief and
loss. Ashley believes in providing a safe and non-judgemental environment where you can feel comfortable in sharing your story. She believes strongly in meeting an individual where they are at in their journey and allowing them to go at their own pace. The individual can expect to be in charge of their own growth while having guidance and support as it is being realized.
Ashley spends her free time spending time with family, friends, pets, and pursuing her hobbies. She enjoys traveling, learning, hiking, spending time with animals, music, movies/ television and reading.

Therapist & Co-FounderBrittany is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is invested in finding the right keys to unlock her client’s potential. She brings a warmth to session spaces that helps to cultivate an environment where the client’s story can be heard and seen. To further provide an opportunity for growth from your current needs and to learn from your past experiences. Brittany is skilled in attachment, anxiety, depression, trauma, couples, children, individuals, families, neurodivergence, and is an avid reader. If she doesn’t know the answer she will attempt to find it out for you or send you in the right direction.
Brittany has always held a special interest in understanding how people work and interact with one another. A skill of Brittany’s is being able to see the whole picture, map it out, and then gently guide her clients to their desired outcome.
Brittany earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Edgewood University in 2013 and her Masters of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Edgewood University in 2016. She volunteered at Briarpatch Youth Services of Southern Wisconsin both in a volunteer apprentice role and on the crisis line with adolescents and their families as well as completed a one year internship in an outpatient setting with Collaborations. Recently, Brittany graduated from the University of Madison, Capstone Infant Mental Health program in 2025.
When she’s not working Brittany is doing something nature based, yoga related, reading, or spending time with her family.

Psychotherapy approach that works with caregivers and their children in a reflective practice. This is seen as a relational based model and preventative to shifting systemic family dynamics.

This is not a true DBT model. The skill usage and concepts are incorporated within the therapeutic setting.

Is a type of psychotherapy that helps people change negative thinking patterns and behaviors to improve their emotional state and overall well beings.

A therapist will work within the school setting to observe classroom/school atmospheres to assist in lessening conflict dynamics. The therapist will work with the teachers, staff, and adminstration as opposed to working directly with the students.

A therapist will work with parents directly to assist them in parenting approaches to use with their children.

The therapist will provide Emotion Coaching Workshops for staff members working with children. In specific their ability to understand validation, psycho-education, neuro-divergence, and trauma.
Fee Structure and Insurance Networks Accepted
At Sagewood Healing, we note mental health therapy as an investment in your health and sense of well-being. Please contact us for our rates.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept credit cards and debit cards.
**Please note we are in process of applying to insurance companies and medicaid. We do offer a sliding scale fee should you require one. Please just inquire with us directly via our office@swhealing.org email address or call us at 920-350-0002.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
No-show Fees: If you fail to attend an appointment without prior cancellation, you will be charged $100 for the no show session. The credit card or other payment information provided will be charged. At the time of scheduling, you consent to the policy and your credit card to be billed in the event of a missed appointment.
Late- Cancellation Fee: Any session that is cancelled/rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a $100 fee. At this time of scheduling, you consent to the policy and your credit card to be billed in the event of a missed appointment. Please be advised that you will also be charged if the cancellation is work related.
Please be advised that late fees and no show fees are the clients responsibility. Insurance companies generally do not reimburse for missed appointments.
