Payment is due at the time of service. We accept credit cards and debit cards.

**Please note we are in the process of applying to additional insurance companies. We do offer a sliding scale fee should you require one. Please just inquire with us directly via our office@swhealing.org email address or call us at 920-350-0002.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

No-show Fees: If you fail to attend an appointment without prior cancellation, you will be charged $100 for the no show session. The credit card or other payment information provided will be charged. At the time of scheduling, you consent to the policy and your credit card to be billed in the event of a missed appointment.

Late- Cancellation Fee: Any session that is cancelled/rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a $100 fee. At this time of scheduling, you consent to the policy and your credit card to be billed in the event of a missed appointment. Please be advised that you will also be charged if the cancellation is work related.

Please be advised that late fees and no show fees are the clients responsibility. Insurance companies generally do not reimburse for missed appointments.
